At American Kids Store, we want you and your little ones to be happy with every purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, our return policy ensures a smooth and fair process.

Returns Eligibility

Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached.

Certain items cannot be returned:

  • Personalized or custom-made items
    Gift cards
    Clearance or final sale items

How to Initiate a Return

  • Contact us at dawoodniazi123@yahoo.com with your order number and reason for return.
    We will provide a Return Authorization and instructions for shipping.
    Pack the item securely in the original packaging and include all tags and receipts.
    Ship the item back to the address provided.

Refunds

  • Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
    Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
    Shipping fees are non-refundable, except for damaged or incorrect items.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges for size or color are available if the item is in stock.
    Contact us with your order number and details of the desired exchange.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us immediately at dawoodniazi123@yahoo.com
    Include a photo of the item.
    We will replace the item or issue a full refund.

Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or we made an error.
    We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns.
